Senior School Application Form 2025/26

All students progressing from Third year to Senior cycle must complete the above form. Students who were not previously enrolled in Coláiste Muire and wish to enrol in one of our Senior Cycle programmes must also complete it. Students currently enrolled in TY are not required to complete this form.
